These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your use of the App provided by SheetWidget (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Application

  1. These Terms apply to all relationships between you and us regarding your use of the App.
  2. Because the App is distributed through the Apple App Store, Apple’s “Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA)” also applies. In case of conflict between these Terms and the Apple Standard EULA, these Terms prevail with respect to matters specific to the App.

2. Definitions

3. Accounts and Google Integration

  1. Use of the App requires authentication with your own Google account.
  2. You are responsible for managing your Google account and authentication credentials.
  3. The App accesses your Google Spreadsheet and Drive information only within the scope you authorize (read-only).

4. Conditions of Use and Prohibited Conduct

You must not engage in any of the following when using the App:

  1. Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
  2. Acts that infringe the rights or interests of us, other users, or third parties

  1. The App may include one-time and subscription-based Paid Content.
  2. All payments are processed through Apple (the App Store) in accordance with Apple’s methods and conditions.
  3. Auto-renewal of subscriptions: Subscriptions automatically renew and incur the same charge unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  4. Cancellation: You can manage subscriptions and cancel auto-renewal from “Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions” on your device.
  5. Refunds: Refunds after purchase are, in principle, governed by Apple’s refund policy. We do not have the authority to issue individual refunds for payments processed through Apple.
  6. Prices, offerings, and free-plan limits are subject to change without notice. The treatment of already-purchased content follows the conditions in effect at the time of change.

  1. The App may provide some features for free and offer additional features as Paid Content.
  2. The free plan may be subject to limits, such as the number of widget configurations you can create.

7. Intellectual Property

Intellectual property rights in the App and its related software, design, and trademarks belong to us or their rightful owners. Rights in the spreadsheet content you display belong to you or the respective rights holders, and these Terms do not affect them.

8. Disclaimer

  1. The App is provided “as is”, and we do not warrant its completeness, accuracy, usefulness, fitness for a particular purpose, or that it will be free of errors or interruptions.
  2. Data displayed by the App is based on content retrieved from Google Spreadsheets; its accuracy and timeliness depend on Google’s services and your data. We are not responsible for the accuracy of displayed content.

  3. Where the Consumer Contract Act or other mandatory laws apply, this section applies only to the extent permitted by such laws.

10. Changes, Suspension, and Termination of Service

We may change the App’s content or suspend or discontinue its provision without prior notice to you. We are not liable for damages arising therefrom beyond the scope set forth in these Terms.

11. Third-Party Services

The App uses services provided by Google and Apple. Use of these third-party services is subject to each company’s terms and policies.

12. Privacy

The handling of your information is governed by our separately established “Privacy Policy”.
